This fantastic tasting is for real cheese fans who love all varieties of cheese and are passionate about trying new ones! We cover 6-8 artisan cheeses from around the UK which are not sold in supermarkets. Private tasting notes, chutney and bread included. Wine is optional.
Know Your Cheese
A great way to get to know about cheese, this event guides you through all the classic types of cheese from hard, to blue, to softies and everything in between. You also get to learn how to taste cheese properly and spot when a cheese is at its best. Of course no event would be complete with accompliments so we include beverages, chutneys, bread and much more.
Cheese and Chocolate
OK, hands up if you always want cheese and dessert at a restaurant? Then this is the one for you. We spend part of the time looking at what makes up a great cheeseboard and then move on to the different types of chocolate and what you can do with them. This is a fabulous event where you enjoy two great foods cheese and chocolate!
Tour by Cheese
It's a fact that some countries produce a lot more award winning cheese than others. This events focusses on the key players and you get to taste cheese from each one. We also encourage that participants dress up in the fashion of the countries we are covering!
This 2 hour workshop allows you to actually make some cheese! We make 2-3 types of soft cheese over the course of the event which allows you to really see what goes into cheesemaking. This event needs some kitchen facilities at the venue.

Cheese and Ale Tasting
Britain has a strong history of both artisan cheese and brewing and its no coincidence that one of the best pairings for cheese is real ales. This tasting pairs different cheeses with with artisan beers and results in some unique combinations.
"Thank you very much for Saturday - we all had a great time and really enjoyed the selection of cheeses. The hen thoroughly enjoyed herself, which was the main objective!" Jo F, London
